We are hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with our CEO. You will be the right hand to the founder — driving execution across departments, owning company-wide initiatives, and making sure decisions translate into action without daily handholding. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role with a clear path to broader executive responsibility as we scale.
This is not a strategy-only seat. You will run cross-functional projects end-to-end, write the executive memos and one-pagers that go out under the CEO's name, and be the operational point of contact who keeps the connective tissue between teams strong.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate CEO priorities into clear action plans with owners, deadlines, and follow-through.
- Drive multi-department initiatives end-to-end (campaigns, system rollouts, restructures).
- Write executive-level one-pagers, status reports, and internal memos.
- Build the weekly executive dashboard and CEO brief — what shipped, what's stuck, what needs a decision.
- Hold department leads accountable on the CEO's behalf, even where you have no formal authority.
- Own agent-facing operational communications — making sure messaging is consistent, written, and never verbal-only.
- Coordinate hiring priorities, role changes, and reorg moves alongside HR and Operations.
- Identify single points of failure across the organization and surface structural risks early.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 5+ years in a Chief of Staff, Senior Operations Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Executive Business Partner role.
- Track record of operating one level below a CEO or COO with company-wide visibility.
- Strong written communication — executive memos, one-pagers, and SOPs without heavy editing.
- Comfort with operational data — reading dashboards, calling out anomalies, holding analytics teams accountable.
- Experience with remote workforce coordination across at least two regions (PH/MX/US ideal).
- Native or near-native English fluency.
- Direct, professional, low-drama — calm under pressure, comfortable with fast feedback.
Skills & Competencies:
- Prior experience in BPO, contact center, or high-volume sales operations.
- Familiarity with Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Five9, Ytel, or Time Doctor.
- Background supporting a founder-CEO or owner-operator.
- HR coordination or recruiting operations experience.
