The ideal candidate bridges the gap between front-end aesthetics and back-end logic, ensuring every integration is documented, version-controlled, and optimized for performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and manage responsive, high-performance websites from the UI/UX layer to the server-side logic.
- Version Control & Collaboration: Manage codebase integrity using GitHub, including branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews to ensure seamless team collaboration.
- System Integration: Build and maintain robust back-end structures, databases, and APIs, ensuring third-party tools sync perfectly with our core platforms.
- Performance Engineering: Optimize web assets for maximum speed, scalability, and technical SEO.
- Technical Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous usability testing and debugging to deliver a frictionless user experience.
Technical Qualifications:
- Full Stack Mastery: Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or Integration Manager.
- Version Control: Minimum 1 year of experience using GitHub (or similar Git-based workflows) for source control and collaborative development.
- Front-End Stack: Expert proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- CMS & Frameworks: Minimum 1 year of advanced experience with Elementor Pro and WordPress architecture.
- Back-End Knowledge: Experience managing server-side logic, databases, and API integrations.
- Design Sense: Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to bring high-fidelity designs to life.
- SEO & Analytics: Working knowledge of technical SEO principles and performance monitoring tools.
