LeadAdvisors is hiring a Marketing Manager to own two critical lanes: website operations and HubSpot-driven outreach. This is a hands-on, results-driven role — you own the LeadAdvisors website end-to-end, manage HubSpot contacts, sequences, and booking calendar, and drive measurable agency and enterprise outreach. You'll coordinate directly with our design and dev team, report weekly to the Executive Manager, and be expected to show visible progress within the first 30 days. This is a remote, PH-based role reporting to the CEO and Executive Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the LeadAdvisors website end-to-end — structure, content updates, web forms, testing, and optimization.
  • Coordinate with our designer (Ernesto) and IT Director (Jeric) on all site tasks and deployments.
  • Maintain and update the LA sitemap in Notion — all page changes logged and tracked.
  • Ensure P1 pages are complete and live: Homepage, Services, BPO, SEO, Lead Generation, Automation.
  • Follow the pre-launch checklist before any page goes live — no exceptions.
  • Own HubSpot fully — contacts, sequences, calendar, chatbot, and automated workflows.
  • Clean and enrich contact records before launching any new outreach.
  • Set up and manage outreach sequences for agency and enterprise targets.
  • Monitor reply rates and booking rates — submit a weekly report to the Executive Manager every Friday.
  • Keep all outreach compliant — correct sender accounts, no mixed campaigns.
  • Track all tasks in Notion with correct parent/sub-task structure; update status the same day work is done.
  • Flag blockers immediately with a reason — no going silent.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing a website and CRM/email outreach tool (HubSpot strongly preferred) .
  • Proven ownership of a live website — able to coordinate with dev and design, not just hand off requests.
  • Direct HubSpot experience: contact management, sequences, workflows, and calendar/booking setup.
  • Strong written English; able to write outreach copy, report results to leadership, and communicate blockers clearly.
  • Organized and self-directed — comfortable managing two parallel workstreams without a daily check-in.
  • Comfortable working async across PH / US time zones.
  • Notion experience a strong plus — this role lives in Notion for task tracking and reporting.
  • Reliable home setup — wired internet ≥ 25 Mbps, quiet space for video calls.
