Job Summary:
LeadAdvisors is hiring an Operations Manager to run a portfolio of 3-6 client campaigns end-to-end — staffing, performance, QA, reporting, and client communication. You'll have Team Leads and Supervisors reporting in. Heavy ownership of contact rate, conversion, attrition, and client satisfaction. Reports directly to the Head of Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Own daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs across assigned campaigns — contact rate, conversion, QA, attrition.
- Run weekly campaign reviews with client; produce a clean status report with results, risks, and asks.
- Drive staffing decisions in partnership with HR — backfills, new hires, performance management.
- Approve warnings (per the warning gate rule), PIPs, and terminations with HR sign-off.
- Coordinate with Digital, IT, and Finance for cross-functional dependencies.
- Surface campaign-level risks to the Head of Operations weekly and same-day for urgent issues.
- Run new campaign launches — discovery, ramp plan, training, go-live, week 1-4 stabilization.
Requirements:
- 5+ years BPO / call center / sales ops experience with at least 2 years in a manager role.
- Track record managing $250K+/yr campaigns with measurable KPI improvements.
- Strong client-facing communication — written and verbal English.
- Comfortable with dialer reporting, CRM analytics, and Excel/Sheets pivoting.
- Knows the operating discipline of multiple campaigns simultaneously without dropping balls.
- Aligned with the LeadAdvisors warning gate rule and shared accountability principles.
- Reliable home setup, wired internet ≥ 50 Mbps, professional video background.
