Job Summary
LeadAdvisors is hiring an Outbound Team Lead to coach, monitor, and improve a remote pod of 8-12 B2B SDRs. You won't have warning authority on day one — your job is to surface flags, run pipeline reviews 4x per day, and elevate the bottom-quartile rep. Promotion to Supervisor is performance-based and tied to the warning gate compliance rules.

Responsibilities:
  • Run 4 daily pipeline reviews with the team — morning, mid-morning, post-lunch, EOD.
  • Listen to 3-5 live or recorded calls per rep per week — log feedback in the QA tracker.
  • Surface attendance flags same-day to HR via Time Doctor logs.
  • Flag top-3 risks/wins to the Campaign Director by EOD in the campaign Slack channel.
  • Run weekly 1:1 coaching sessions with each rep — 20-30 min, written notes filed in Notion.
  • Maintain script and objection-handling docs as the team finds new variations.
  • Cover for any rep absence on the dialer to keep the campaign at staffed coverage.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years on a B2B outbound seat plus 1+ year leading or mentoring reps.
  • Strong understanding of outbound KPIs: dials, connects, conversations, meetings, conversion rates.
  • Comfortable on HubSpot.
  • Excellent written English — daily KPI reports, coaching notes, Slack updates.
  • Disciplined with documentation; can hold reps to disposition accuracy and CRM hygiene.
  • Knows the LeadAdvisors warning gate rule and won't violate it.
  • Reliable home setup, wired internet ≥ 25 Mbps, dual monitors strongly preferred.
