Summary:
LeadAdvisors is hiring a Senior Paid Ads Manager to own our Meta paid acquisition end-to-end — Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and Audience Network — for our own B2B pipeline. You will not run client campaigns. You will run paid acquisition for LeadAdvisors as a brand: our offer, our funnel, our number. You report directly to the CEO and work async with the content and marketing ops team.
We operate since 2012 across the Philippines, Latin America, the Middle East, and the US. We build and run the infrastructure behind our clients' contact operations. This role is on our own B2B growth team — small, operator-led, focused on pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Own full Meta paid acquisition for LeadAdvisors — strategy, build, spend, optimization, reporting.
- Run weekly creative testing cadence — minimum 8 new ad variants per month, kill the losers, scale the winners.
- Build and maintain audience strategy — custom audiences from CRM, lookalikes, retargeting sequences, ASC/CBO.
- Own tracking end-to-end — Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Events Manager, server-side where it counts, clean attribution into HubSpot.
- Run weekly performance review covering spend, CPL, MQL, SQL, and pipeline value — deliver monthly read-out to the CEO.
- Plan and pace spend against pipeline targets; forecast quarterly.
- Brief the content team on creative needs and call what gets tested.
- Document what wins, what loses, and why — build the playbook as you go.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years running paid Meta campaigns at sustained spend ≥ $20K/month, preferably for US B2B or service brands.
- Deep hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Events Manager, Conversions API, custom audiences, lookalikes.
- Strong creative instinct — can read a static ad or 15-second video and tell us why it will or won't work.
- Comfortable with HubSpot or an equivalent CRM — you read the funnel, not just the click.
- Tracking discipline — Pixel + CAPI clean, UTM hygiene, you know what an attribution gap looks like and how to close it.
- Native or near-native English — you write ad copy and brief content.
- Self-managed — you build the test, ship it, and bring the number without being chased.
- Reliable home setup — wired internet ≥ 25 Mbps, quiet space for video calls, US business hours overlap (minimum 4 hours).
Nice to Have:
- Experience marketing B2B services — BPO, SaaS, lead gen, financial services.
- HubSpot workflow and attribution experience.
- Working knowledge of GA4 and Looker Studio for cross-channel context.
