Job Summary:
The Sales Representative is a critical role responsible for providing exceptional support for our personal loan and mortgage clients, with a specialized focus on the efficient and accurate processing of loan transfers, payoffs, and post-closing documentation. This role requires a strong background in both consumer lending and complex mortgage servicing operations, ensuring strict adherence to all regulatory and internal compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and engage with potential clients interested in cash or personal loan products through various channels (e.g., inbound leads, outbound calls, digital outreach).
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
  • Clearly and persuasively explain loan products, terms, and conditions to prospective borrowers.
  • Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documentation.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and actively follow up to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on progress.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:
  • At least 1 yr experience in sales or as personal loan/mortgage/financial account transfer agent
  • Experience with loan transfer, payoff, and collateral release processes is highly desirable.

Core Competencies:
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail for reviewing complex financial documents (e.g., promissory notes, security instruments, closing disclosures).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively explain complex loan and transfer processes to clients and internal partners.
  • Customer Focus: A strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service and maintaining client confidentiality.
