Overview:
LeadAdvisors is hiring a Senior HubSpot CRM Specialist to own our HubSpot portal end to end — pipelines, automations, data hygiene, and revenue reporting across the LeadAdvisors brand and sub-brands. You'll be the single owner of how leads move through the CRM, how clean the data stays, and how clearly the numbers read for leadership. This is a remote, full-time role for a PH-based operator who can build, run, and improve a CRM without being told what to do next. You report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the HubSpot portal end to end — pipelines, lifecycle and deal stages, custom properties, and permissions across all brands.
  • Build and maintain workflows, sequences, and automations: lead routing, lead scoring, task creation, and internal notifications.
  • Own pipeline and revenue reporting — build dashboards for contact rate, conversion, deal velocity, and source attribution; deliver weekly and monthly to leadership.
  • Hold the line on CRM data quality — dedupe, enrichment, import standards, and list segmentation.
  • Integrate HubSpot with the dialer and marketing stack (Five9 / Ytel, Brevo, forms, calendar) and own the data flow between systems
  • Set up lead capture and attribution so every lead is traceable from source to close.
  • Document CRM SOPs and train reps and marketing on correct usage
  • Partner with marketing on newsletter and pipeline handoff quality, and with ops on stage cleanliness.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years hands-on HubSpot administration (Sales + Marketing Hub), including Pro or Enterprise portals.
  • Proven builds — workflows, lead scoring, custom properties, deal pipelines, and dashboards. Show us what you've built.
  • Strong reporting — you can build attribution and pipeline dashboards from scratch, not just read them.
  • Data hygiene discipline — import standards, dedupe logic, and segmentation at scale.
  • Integration experience — native integrations and APIs; Zapier / Make a plus.
  • HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, Sales Software, or Revenue Operations) preferred.
  • Strong written English; comfortable working async across PH / LATAM / US time zones.
  • Reliable home setup — wired internet ≥ 25 Mbps, quiet space for video calls, backup power or connection.
