Overview:

LeadAdvisors is hiring an SEO Specialist to own organic search across our LeadAdvisors brand and sub-brands (VLT, BPO Relations). You'll run the full stack — on-page and content SEO, technical health, off-page and branded placements, and local/Google Business Profile — and report what's moving the number. This is a remote, PH-based seat working async with a remote-first content and brand team, reporting directly into the Digital & Marketing Lead.

Responsibilities:

Run keyword research and build content briefs that feed the content team, mapped to search intent and business priority.
Own on-page optimization — titles, meta, headings, internal linking, content structure — across all active brands.
Run monthly technical audits (crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema, broken links) and coordinate fixes with IT.
Build and execute an off-page plan — backlinks, digital PR, branded content placements — and track domain authority.
Manage Google Business Profile and local listings, keep NAP consistent, and support review velocity.
Report monthly on rankings, organic traffic, non-brand clicks, and conversions against targets in the Role & Department Directory.
Maintain the SEO tracker in Notion and document every recurring play as an SOP.
Test 1 new tactic, tool, or content format per month and document what worked.

Requirements:

2-4 years owning SEO for a brand or portfolio of sites (in-house or agency).
Hands-on with Google Search Console, GA4, and 1+ SEO suite (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz).
Proven technical SEO — can read a crawl report (Screaming Frog or similar) and prioritize fixes.
Demonstrated results — show us a site, keyword set, or report where you moved rankings or organic traffic.
Strong written English; can write and edit content briefs and on-page copy.
Comfortable working async across PH / LATAM / US time zones
Reliable home setup — wired internet ≥ 25 Mbps, dual monitors preferred, quiet space for video calls.
