We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the digital face and voice of our brand, responsible for building our online community, executing high-impact campaigns, and driving meaningful engagement across all social platforms.
The ideal candidate is a master storyteller who understands the nuance of different platforms—from the fast-paced nature of TikTok to the professional landscape of LinkedIn—and knows how to turn analytics into actionable growth strategies.
Core Responsibilities:
Strategy & Brand Growth"
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with organizational goals, focusing on audience identification and KPI definition.
- Brand Voice: Act as the primary voice of the brand, ensuring all content remains consistent with our established tone, style, and values.
- Community Building: Proactively grow our online community through live events, contests, and initiatives that make our followers feel valued and heard.
- Trend & Competitor Analysis: Keep a pulse on industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor movements to ensure we remain a leader in our space.
Content & Platform Management:
- Creative Production: Design and produce high-quality, engaging assets (text, images, video, and interactive content) tailored for specific platforms.
- Calendar Oversight: Manage a robust content calendar to ensure a consistent posting cadence and timely relevance.
- Daily Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of all social accounts (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), including scheduling and real-time posting.
Engagement & Public Relations:
- Active Moderation: Monitor and respond to comments and DMs in a timely, helpful, and engaging manner to foster positive community relations.
- Influencer Relations: Identify and collaborate with key influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and credibility.
- Crisis Management: Handle negative feedback or online crises with professionalism and speed to protect the brand’s reputation.
Performance & Collaboration:
- Ads & Promotions: Plan and execute paid social campaigns, including budget management, demographic targeting, and ROI optimization.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance against KPIs, generating regular reports that translate data into strategic adjustments.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate with Marketing, PR, and Sales departments to ensure social media efforts amplify broader company objectives.
- Internal Guidance: Serve as a subject matter expert, providing best practices and training to other team members to ensure digital brand consistency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite), design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and native platform analytics.
- Content Prowess: Strong copywriting skills and an eye for visual aesthetics.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to balance creative "big ideas" with the analytical rigor required to hit growth targets.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where trends change overnight.
