Brief
LeadAdvisors is hiring a Social Media Specialist to own daily content output, community engagement, and reporting across our LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok presence — across our LeadAdvisors brand and sub-brands (VLT, BPO Relations). You'll work async with a remote-first content and brand team and report directly into the Digital & Marketing Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and publish 4-6 social posts per week per active brand, on brand voice and visually consistent.
- Manage the content calendar in Notion, including approval workflow with the Digital lead.
- Respond to comments, DMs, and tags within SLA (4 business hours).
- Run and report monthly performance — reach, engagement rate, follower growth, lead clicks — against the targets in the Role & Department Directory.
- Coordinate with the SEO, content, and paid media team to amplify hero content.
- Maintain the brand asset library and ensure every post follows the LeadAdvisors brand system.
- Test 1 new format or platform feature per month and document what worked.
Requirements:
- 2+ years owning a brand's social presence (in-house or agency).
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and 1+ scheduling tool (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Proven analytics reporting — show us a dashboard or monthly report you built.
- Strong written English; ability to write in different brand voices.
- Basic design fluency (Canva or Figma) to assemble post visuals.
- Comfortable working async across PH / LATAM / US time zones.
- Reliable home setup — wired internet ≥ 25 Mbps, dual monitors preferred, quiet space for video calls.
