About the Role:
We're hiring a Website Administrator / Webmaster. You'll be the person who keeps our websites running, clean, and reliable: hosting, servers, updates, content fixes, and day-to-day site health. If you take pride in following documentation precisely, catching small errors before they ship, and keeping things buttoned up, this role is built for you.
This is a hands-on, detail-driven seat. You won't be designing from scratch or coding new products. You'll be the operator who makes sure every site we run is fast, secure, up-to-date, and doing its job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain company websites across WordPress (with cPanel/hosting), Webflow, Framer, Wix, and HubSpot CMS.
- Handle hosting, DNS, SSL, backups, plugin/theme updates, and security patches.
- Monitor site uptime, page speed, and performance - escalate and resolve issues fast.
- Execute content, layout, and on-page SEO updates following written instructions and SOPs.
- Troubleshoot broken pages, forms, redirects, and integrations.
- Maintain documentation for every change made - what, when, why.
- QA every update before publishing (links, mobile view, forms, tracking, load speed).
- Coordinate with content, design, and marketing for site requests and rollouts.
- Keep a clean change log and follow naming, file, and versioning conventions.
- Flag risks early - don't wait for things to break.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Strong English communication skills - written and verbal.
- Proven experience managing live websites (not just building them once).
- Hands-on with WordPress + cPanel/hosting - plugins, themes, backups, migrations.
- Working knowledge of at least one of: Webflow, Framer, Wix, or HubSpot CMS.
- Comfortable with DNS, SSL, hosting dashboards, and basic server tasks.
- Sharp attention to detail - you notice the broken link, the off-brand font, the missing redirect.
- Strong instruction-following and documentation literacy - you can read a doc and execute without hand-holding.
- Reliable, accountable, and consistent with your hours and output.
Preffered:
- Basic HTML/CSS for quick fixes (not full dev work).
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and basic SEO hygiene.
- Experience with task/project tools like Notion, ClickUp, or Asana.
This role is NOT for you if:
- You're looking for a web developer / full-stack role.
- You prefer building from scratch over maintaining and improving what exists.
- You rely on a heavy portfolio over disciplined day-to-day execution.
