Job Summary:

LeadAdvisors is hiring Lead Generation Specialists to run high-volume outbound outreach to consumer or business lists — qualify, capture, and route warm leads to the appropriate Closer or Setter team. Strong English speakers with a track record of clean dispositions and high contact rates. Entry-level seat with clear path to Sales or Senior Lead Gen.

Responsibilities:

Make 100-150 outbound dials per day against assigned lead lists.
Qualify leads using our standard qualification script.
Disposition every call accurately in the dialer / CRM (HeyCX, Forth).
Hit weekly contact rate (>65%) and qualified-lead-per-day baseline.
Hand off qualified leads to Closer / Setter with required fields completed.
Surface bad list segments to Team Lead within 24 hours of discovery.
Participate in daily standup, mid-shift huddle, and EOD pipeline review.

Requirements:

Conversational English — clear, friendly, can build rapport on cold calls.
Prior phone or customer-facing experience preferred but not required.
Coachable — willing to be reviewed weekly and adjust based on QA feedback.
Comfortable with high call volume (100+ dials/day).
CRM and dialer comfort — basic Five9, Vici, or comparable.
Reliable home setup, wired internet ≥ 25 Mbps, quiet space, USB headset required.
Bonus: prior BPO, telemarketing, or call center experience.
